Vegetarian Chili in Slow Cooker (Chicken can be added)

1 Medium red onion finely chopped
1 Green pepper finely chopped
1. Red pepper finely chopped
1 Sweet potato finely chopped
8-10 leaves of spinach finely chopped
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
 2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 28-ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1 cup black beans soaked overnight
1 cup kidney beans soaked overnight
1/2 lb shredded chicken  (Optional)


Add all ingredients in slow cooker on low heat for 7-8 hrs, or high hear for 4-5 hrs
Sour cream, sliced scallions, sliced radishes
